Kegals
Do Kegals really benefit you once you go into labor? I read somewhere years ago that said every woman should do about 50 Kegals a day so I began (at around 15-16). Recently, I read another article that said pregnant women need to be doing atleast 40-50 Kegals a day to dramatically improve labor and delivery?
I haven't been doing much lately and I'm just wondering if I should be starting up again lol. Did/Do they actually benifit you when you're in labor/delivering?
