Knees Hurting Like Crazy
I am 35w and about 2w ago my knees starting hurting when I kneeled down. Now they hurt even worse and getting up from a sitting position is a struggle. I've never had knee problems and have always been really athletic, so this is so new to me. Anyone else have the same experience ? What is it ? Any relief suggestions ? Thank goodness I'm almost at the end ! Lol
