Just wondering about anyone else's experience with babies in the nicu. We live about 45 mins away so it has been so hard on me! He's got jaundice now so we can only hold him for about an hour at a time if that when we go visit. Just looking for some advice or comforting words, I guess. Hubby went back to work today so that he can use his vacation days for when Bently comes home as he's already used his paternity days while I was also in the hospital. Baby is doing SO well and I am able to call whenever I want to check on him but I feel like I'm not doing enough :( I've been pumping and bringing him breast milk every time I visit but I just wish I could take him with me every time it's time to leave him :(
