REALLY BAD CRAMPS 😫😫

Okay my period started today. Only thing is I get really bad menstrual cramps. It was so bad at one point I took 15 pills in two days of 4 different kinds of pain killers. Midol doesn't help. My doctor gave me ibuprofen (600 mg) and after my second time of getting my period since he prescribed them to me it wasn't as helpful. He also gave me tramadol to go with them but they make me nauseous and sleepy. Does anybody else have or had this problem ??? Please help
