Negative blood test an home test an now cycle

Ok I had my natural <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on July 27 an my cycle was to start Aug 11 blood test on the 10 an came back negative but no sight of my cycle I'm so lost could I be pregnant an it not show on any test someone please help
