Carpal Tunnel?

Is anyone else suffering from carpal tunnel? I just started having it really bad and can barely sleep at night. Any remedies??

Me too! I tried the hand split but it was so big and stiff it made my arm hurt so I'm just suffering through it. Some nights are worse than others, but I found a warm bath before bed helps!

Every night for quite a few weeks. I wake up with horrible pain and tingling in my hands and fingers.i can barely make a fist when I first wake up.
But, I know it's only temporary.. I try to stay hydrated, keep salt intake low and run lots of cool water across my wrists

Me too....it's pretty brutal at night. I try to ice them at night before bed. Besides that I haven't found anything else that helps.

Same here, difficult to sleep at night, hands are numb are numb all day, almost impossible to gran things.

Yes - I've had it pretty bad for a few weeks now. I got a wrist splint to wear at night and it seems to help. Got it at a drugstore.
