Hospital bag?!?

I'm only 31 weeks right now but I'm struggling in what to pack for the hospital. I want to do this early on because I always wait to pack until the last minute. What are the essentials that I need to pack. Help please.

Hospitals provide everything you would possibly need including: comfy socks, mesh underwear, pads galore, soap and shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, mouthwash, lotion, nipple cream, diapers, wipes, butt cream, baby hat and shirts, baby blankets, pacifiers, hand pumps, they'll even loan you a car seat!
I packed as little as possible. 
Pjs, sleep nursing bra, going home clothes, baby's going home outfit and blanket and hat, lotion, Chapstick, hairbrush and hair tie. I also packed snacks and magazines for hubby

Toiletries.. Something for baby to wear, including hat and blankets, nappies something to give its in and setting comfortable for after. Sanitary towels comfy underwear.. That's the basics.

I'm going to Walmart they have little packs all put together of shampoo ect.. that way I don't need to bring it all back home plus baby.. then some comfy clothes
