When to pump?

If I pump and use that bottle later then essentially I'm missing a nursing and my boobs get sore. I just dont get how to time it right 😳 Can someone tell me how to get on a pumping schedule - goal is to have her on bottle once a day by September so I can go back to work. Thanks for your help!

My little man goes down to sleep for the night at 10pm and usually sleeps for 6-8 hours so I pump for 10 minutes after I put him down and get between 4-8oz. I find emptying out before I sleep stops me from waking up engorged in the middle of the night.

You could put once and have your so give the bottle or pump twice and put one in the freezer.

I pump after the morning feed as advised by my LC. That's when you have the biggest supply.

Fed her then pump immediately after 3 times a day. Like once in the morning nurse then pump, then at lunch time, and again at night. That's my plan because that will be what I'm doing when I return to work.
