So for the past three nights I have been consistently woken up by numbness and tingles in my hands (at least 3 to 4 times a night), this results into pain during the day, to where I cannot properly make a fist without pain. So before going to my routine OBGYN visit, I googled it and apparently it's more common than not, also, my doctor told me the exact same thing!
