Birth size prediction?

Is there a way to estimate a baby's birth weight from your 20 week anatomy scan?

Answer

Nope. At my 20 weeks scan they said she was in the 85th percentile for growth and that she was going to be "a big baby". Well, she came on her due date at 6pounds 11oz.

At my 38 week apt with my son they did an US and said he was 7lbs 11oz he was only 7lbs 1oz when he was born that night so even if they do tell you it's just simply a guess. And I know mine was pretty close, some peoples babies are WAY off.

Not really. Up until then all babies are pretty much the same size. It's after 18-20 weeks that they start to do their own thing, and even then it's extremely difficult to figure out their current size, let alone how big they'll be at birth.
