Since my doctor checked my cervix this morning, I have been getting these intense pains and not sure if it's contractions or BH. It doesn't matter if I'm walking or sitting down, I will get this horrible pain that starts in my lower back and shoot up to my neck. It's almost paralyzing to where I can't even catch my breath and my belly gets tight. Are these back contractions or bh?
