Should I call my OB?

I just lost my mucus plug. I was checked today and it caused me to have quite a bit of bleeding. I'm 37 weeks tomorrow. They are planning on  inducing me Thursday due to high BP. Should I call the Dr to let her know my mucus plug came?

No, losing your mucus plug really doesn't mean anything. It can happen weeks before you go into labor.

Thanks ladies. I called and just left a message since I am having other complications with the bleeding from my appointment. The first time she checked me I was fine and didn't bleed... but for some reason this time I am still bleeding.

At 37 weeks I wouldn't call. I would wait till either contractions start or your water brakes. Or if you bleed more than just your exam bleeding. But for now I wouldn't worry about the plug you can loose it weeks before anything happens & it can also regenerate
