Early pregnancy symptoms?!

I've had sore boobs & nipples (predominantly the right one) and feeling like I'm about to start my period, I'm 6 dpo and not expecting AF for a week or so! Been TTC for 2 years and have never felt like this.. Can anyone tell me if this could be an early sign?? Fingers crossed.
