Is she sticking out her tongue!?

They never told me! I just got my gender sonogram today (YAY!) and the sonographer took screen shots, but as I'm looking at this one, it looks like she's maybe sticking out her tongue? Or is that her lips! This is our first and only profile shot we have. ♥️♥️
Would a tongue be visible? 
I'm 18 weeks 4 days.

I just see her lips :)

This is our little girl (or they're mostly sure it's a girl) drinking the fluids at 23W. We could absolutely see the tongue moving to swallow the liquid and the liquid going down her throat too. Was so amazing. I'm pretty sure the white curve just below her nose is her tongue pushed to the top of her palette to swallow.
