Super frustrated-natural inducing?

I'm 38 weeks and had an appointment today and the doctor thinks he's going to be a whole week late! My due date went from 13 more days to 20. Anyone know of anything natural that actually induces labor? Mission baby eviction starts next week

Avoid castor oil. Can cause more harm than good! Sex and walking.

I went 12 days over my due date... It was pretty horrible. I walked around for hours, I did squats so much that I literally couldn't get in and out of bed for 2 days (besides the belly issue lol) and then I had to be medically induced. Raspberry tea and caster oil (not medically recommended) are the only 2 things I didn't try. My best advice is to be careful with the squats and to keep in mind sometimes the baby will come when s/he wants no matter what you do. Good luck❤️
