Anyone else tried to have one of those? Cause I am and it's great I just feel like it's gonna ruin our friendship at some point

Honestly I think it depends on the person. If they are the type who get emotionally invested then it may not be a good option. For me personally I've had a total of 5 over several years. I've had feelings for each and every single one of them in the beginning but once I figured out that they couldn't be someone I could see a future with I made rules for myself because I had to be safe in the situation regarding sti's and all. If they treated me like shit I ended it. If they made me feel like I was worthless in any way I had to give myself the power to end it. If I started having feelings again I spoke up and if it wasn't reciprocated I at least told myself that I tried and have learned/ grown from the experiences. Just make sure you make your own rules if this is what you want. Don't go by his/ her rules! And don't let anyone slut shame you in the process either because if this is what makes you happy then do you don't worry about anyone else.

I tried it and than he ended up asking me out because he didn't like me talking to other guys :p 2 years later and still with him. You never know what can happen in those agreements. One person always ends up getting feelings.

Friends with benefits can be great but you both need to be on the same page. If someone catches feelings it can be really complicated. But me and him are still friends and are in really great relationships now. Best of luck!

I did it with a friend but we both began doing romantic things when we weren't having sex. Like if we went out for dinner he would hold my hand or kiss me and then we would have sex at my place. We would do that like once a week and it just became this weird in between that didn't work. Then we decided to just be friends but he missed the other stuff we were doing and I was ready to move on. My other friend did it and they only met up to have sex and only talked to ran other during like cigarette breaks and after. They never caught feelings and it worked but they also aren't close friends. More like acquaintances.
