How do you beat the hunger pains????
I have a two minute warning from the moment I say to myself or my husband, "I am hungry." If I don't eat then, I shake while eating. This morning I woke up and I was so hungry it hurt. I am almost seven weeks and it feels like I will die if I don't eat. How do you make it stop????
