Is there a way to make you more fertile? The reason I ask is because I have endometriosis and have been having sex with my fiancé the last few months with no protection and I haven't gotten pregnant yet.

Try something called Pregnitude! You can find it online. It's a powder that you mix in water twice a day and it's supposed to help your body with fertility. It's worked wonders for a couple people I know and it's actually what my OB recommended!

Depends on how bad it is...
I myself am infertile and need hormones and ended up with IVF.
For natural help you could try royal jelly capsules, here in Norway it's a to go to honey capsules that help with fertility. It can't harm unless you are allergic.
Have you had a chat with your OB? They should be able to give you advice on how to proceed.
