Is it okay to use a 2-3 year old crib?

There have been no recalls on it. It's my nephews and my sister is done having kids. Is it okay to use this crib? It will be 3 years old.

Definitely! As long as all the parts are there, which I'm sure they are, and you clean it/get a new mattress, I see absolutely nothing wrong with it. My newborn will sleep in a bassinet, but once she's over 6 months she will sleep in the crib her sister used, because we bought it brand new, know what it's been through, and it has all of the parts still. Most kids are fairly easy on cribs! I see no harm in it whatsoever, especially since you've already checked to be sure there isn't a recall 😊
