Which is preferred for supporting a growing bump?

I am thinking I would like to get something to help support my expanding belly and am not sure which to get.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I use KT tape, but I also invested in a Blanqi underbust support tank. It's expensive 😩 but made a big difference in my back and pelvic pain. I wear it every day.

I use my baby wearing wrap and ting sling, which will later carry my baby after he's born!

It's said the mimic the belt when you do it this way, so I would say go with the belt. This is my second and I never used anything with my first, but this is so helpful now.

I have a belt, and I also have KT tape. I use the tape mostly to tape down my poor herniated belly button 😩😩 but I do have to say that the tape hurts to peel off and has irritated my skin. I don't even have sensative skin! So all in all I prefer wearing my belt over the tape ☺️

You can get a belt on Amazon for like $14 to $24- seems like a better deal. Just don't buy em at babies r us or target or anything because they're like $50!

So here's what I know, not from myself but I was asking a PT guy because he and his wife are in my same Bradley class. He said a belt is very helpful, the tape less so because if you put it on and you need some adjusting it very difficult to get off your skin.
