I just had my 38 week exam. The doc checked me out down there and said I had scar tissue from a prior health issue and said I might bleed...I just thought she meant when I wipe I might find some type of post period blood but now I have been getting like small blood clots. Baby is still moving and I'm still 1.5-2 centimeters and 3/4 effaced which I was last week :( but should I worry about the blood? It wasn't what I was expecting it to be.
