Diva cups?

Question

Who wears a diva cup and how is it used? Some people say it shortens your period. How so? Thinking of trying it.

You fold it up and insert it like a tampon. It opens and creates a seal, catching all of the blood with no leaking. It is chemical free and can be worn for 12 hours depending on your flow. There are lots of brands at different prices so do research. I pay $45 once every 5+ years so it is way cheaper to me. 
Mine shortened but I honestly couldn't tell you if it was the cup or just my cycle changing.

I got mine like two months ago and i dont mind at all about having a period idk i dont have to worry about leaking or that im going to ovee flow. Mine can be use up to a year. I was kinda scared because the way you insert it and it looks big but after the first try it got super easy. Let me know if you get one!!!!
