Confused l

So I've been taking to this guy  for some months now. We live in two different states.  I  told him how I felt about him and he  felt the same way, but lately he's been acting different.  Certain things he use to do , he don't do anymore.  I've been having this gut feeling that he's talking to someone else.  I don't know how to confront him about it , please help me !!😭
