What does it mean when ur belly has dropped??

Sorry if its a stupid question, but i dont know... Im ftm and im 32W4D .. What does it mean when ur belly drops?
Do you feel it drop?
Why does it drop? 
And if it drops does it stay that way for the rest of the pregnancy...
Does it mean ull go in labor soon?

Just means the baby is rotating and lower itself into position. You don't normally feel it, and sometimes you don't notice it, but if you're taking pictures of your belly you will notice if you compare them when it happens. Baby then stays low till birth. Doesn't always mean labor is right around the corner, just that it's coming. My babies dropped around 36-37 weeks. First was born at 38+3 (induced) second was born 40+1. (:

My baby dropped and I went into labor that evening. I didn't feel the drop when it happened but when I walked it felt like a bowling ball was between my legs.

It means that baby has dropped into the birthing position. That means head is pressing more on the cervix in order to dilate the cervix. Baby can move still but I don't think baby usually comes out of that position after he engages in the pelvic area. Usually the belly gets lower when baby drops or engages in the birth canal.
