Can I have red bull while pregnant?

29 weeks and craving red bull!!!
Would one be ok??

It's gonna sound bad but various things we get reccomended to not have.. During my pregnancies I had a lot of them most of them were cravings I just made sure I didn't do it at vast quantities.. I have 3 happy healthy kids n had healthy full term pregnancies x

If it's over 200mg caffeine (which I'm betting it is), not okay.

But I personally wouldn't risk it. Find a soda or water flavored similar to it

I have drank redbulls with this pregnancy and my last perfectly healthy kids all this stuff they say they don't recommend gets a little out of control everyone will have their own opinions

The makers of red bull advise against it, right on the can. You know what that means? They've tested it on pregnant women and had negative results. Not worth the risk to me.

Try an espresso or something else with a little less caffeine...energy drinks can have up to 200mg of caffeine in them. The recommended amount is no more than 200mg a day and that's a lot!
