Will you be using a pacifier?

Personally, I am advising all staff NOT to give my daughter a pacifier at all. Some people say, "it's comfort" but we have to remember. Babies don't know a pacifier as comfort until we offer it to them as parents. I want to make sure my baby latches and gets breastfeeding down pact befor epffeeing any pacifier of any sort.
