In the last week of July I went to the obgyn to get a pregnancy test since the at home one I took came back positive and they told me I wasn't pregnant after drawing blood... Now it's been more than a month without getting a period. Should I be worried that it could be something more serious?

You definitely need to find out what the cause is. I would take another pregnancy test first of all.

If you really aren't pregnant then there must be something causing your lack of period and hormone levels, so you'll need to get checked anyways.

Take a test again to see. Maybe was a chemical pregnancy that has messed your cycle up?

Well a pregnancy test wouldn't come up positive unless your hormones levels was really high so I suggest you take another test exp if you still ent had a period and then go doctors and get checked out even go hospital and ask for a scan
