Cramping?

I have intense cramping feeling in lower abdomen, my back and thighs.. It's worse than period cramps... No bleeding or anything.  Is this braxton hicks or should I be worried?

I had such bad cramping tonight too. Could barely walk around, and to be honest it worries me. I called my doctor and she told me that it all sounds normal, but she was glad I called. She recommended that I drink lots of cold water and take a warm shower. I let the warm water run over my belly for a little bit then got in bed. I'm finally able to move my legs without going back into a contraction. Now I'm sure it's just my body getting ready and not worried. First time I felt such intense Braxton hicks. I'll be 36 weeks Saturday. Hope you feel better! When in doubt, call your doctor! Mine made me feel so much better 👍🏻

I started to time and the intervals were like 8 mins but then after 3 cycles it just stopped and I started feeling better, but it was the worst I've felt so far

Could be Braxton hicks or you could be going in to labor. Walk around and drink some water. If it doesn't subside you could be going into labor. Time your contractions as well. They will ask you about them. Good luck!
