Went for my 35 week check up and bp was 133/90. Went down after laying on my side but I had +1 protein in urine so doc took some blood. Barely listened to heartbeat and did my swab for group b. I asked if being on antibiotics for my uti will affect results. He said possibly, and that was it. He didn't confirm if I would be getting antibiotics just in case or if we'd swab later. There were a few other things that had me completely frustrated by the end of my visit but the most important one was that I went from 1cm to completely closed. I don't care how many people say it doesn't matter, when you go backwards in terms of progress it just sucks. I get that pregnancy and labor has its OWN agenda but if my doc would at least acknowledge my concern, even if it is "I don't know." I think I could have a little more peace.

Praying that my lab comes back normal. I'm just going to be grateful that my baby girl is okay. Will do a nst Monday and check bp again. Just a SUCKY apt altogether. 😧😧
