Did Aunt Flo visit me twice?

My periods are typically short and sweet and to the point. My flow is light. I bleed heavily for one day and then I spot for two. I finished my period two days ago. There has been no spotting whatsoever. My boyfriend and I had sex and when we were finished I went to the bathroom. I noticed very bright red blood when I wiped. This has never happened and I'm a little worried. I probably should add that I had an orgasm during sex and that is not typical for me.
