Can someone offer advice
So I'm 30 weeks and 5 days and since last night ! Early this morning I've had diarrhea . I've had it all day and around 7 pm when getting up to go to bathroom I Start experiencing abdominal cramps , almost like a pulling cramp. As I was laying down I got dizzy and I'm also nausea . Anyone experience this ? Why is this happening ? Any advice ?
