Does having sex change your physical appearance?

In a Instagram post comparing Kylie Jenners body from 2013 to 2016 the comments section was loaded with people saying "the body changes after you have regular sex" or "when a girl starts having sex the body changes" Kylie Jenner aside because she's not relevant, is this true? I've never heard that before. and if so how?

Unless you're doing positions that exercise your body, then no. Kylie's body changed bc of the surgeries (not that there's anything wrong with that), not bc she had sex regularly. 
So if you're riding your boyfriend or something, then I'm sure it would change your body in a way? Since you're working out your thighs

It can. I have a "squat booty" due to much sex my husband and I have. My waist is also a lot smaller. It's from using your muscles as much as you do during sex.

It might be a little true but not sure exactly. I had a friend whose mom said she knew exactly when her daughter was having sex cause her hips changed and the way she walked changed lmao.

Well not always.I'm a girl with a normal body and body didn't change after my firts sex. I think is myth but I'm still waiting for the "change"

Well kylie jenner prob has waist thinner corsets and plastic surgery, but even if it is true, id guess itd b too small a change to notice

I wonder if to some extent it's true because i mean the workout itself can make your ass bigger... When you have sex your body knows & prepares to carry a child by widening your pelvis/hips

I had a friend in hs who used to say that girls' hips get wider after losing your virginity. I don't know if that's actually true though
