Recurrent Yeast Infections

Hi everyone. Can anyone relate or give any advice? My boy friend and I have been together for 5 yrs now. In the last two years I've been getting yeast infections and irritations after sex. And I mean EVERY time. It's really frustrating. I pee and wash up after but it still itches. The worst part is the irritation stays like around my clit. Please help. I got tested and found out I had an sti. Thank god it was curable. I didn't break up with him even though I thought it was him. He didn't get tested just took the pills the doc prescribed. Anyway because of this my sex life is wack. I appreciate any advice you ladies may have. Thank you
