Braxton hicks

Braxton hicks.. Are they painful? What do they feel like? Yesterday I was walking around my local shopping centre and all of a sudden had tightening across my stomach. I also had a slight jabbing pain down on the lower right side of my stomach. I'd also been getting the odd pain down below too. I've been having white discharge quite recently too. Been needing the toilet a hell of a lot more. I'm 33+5 weeks pregnant. Can anyone advise me on this? Thankyou.
