Need a little insight please

So, two years ago I had a miscarriage. We found out we were pregnant and soon after that I miscarried. Yesterday I found out that I'm pregnant! ☺️. I'm worried about a m/c again. Today I went to go use the bathroom and I wiped. There was pink blood, which didn't concern me but with the pink blood there were small oatmeal-sized chunks that looked like tissue. Is that something I should be worried about? I don't have any pain and the bleeding isn't heavy or light, to my knowledge. Only bleeding that happens is when I wipe. Please help with any of your insights. Thank you!
