Dr appt today!

We go in for a checkup today just routine. I'm 15 weeks and 4 days. Am I the only momma that gets really really nervous about every appoibtment? I just can't help but feeling like they aren't gonna be able to find a heartbeat or that something will be wrong. Sorry for the negative post, I just wanna see that I'm not alone. I'm a FTM and when I found out I was pregnant I FELT pregnant. I was nauseous, omi had abdominal pain (cyst) and my breast were sore. Now I don't have any if those symptoms and the only difference I have is the enlarging nipple (sorry for the tmi). I feel like my "bump" is just fat too. It's definitely there but it's still not so firm that it goes back down when I lay down so idk. Any one else feel like this and everything was fine?
