I am 36 weeks 1 day pregnant here for the past two days I have been nauseous sick to my stomach just not feeling very good and very tired well today I woke up I had some cramping comes and goes I have been throwing up today and just kind of feeling blahh I also have a headache so bad I have been cleaning all day today I don't know what else I could possibly clean could this be a sign that labor is coming soon!!!!
