Earlier this week we were in the hospital with cramping and contractions 2mns apart but not strong enough so sent home. We live in a town home and our neighbors party until 4-5am every single night even though we've politely asked them to keep it down at least after midnight. Our city police only respond to emergencies due to our new safely levy. I just don't like falling asleep at 3-4am and waking up at 2pm every day.
