I'm taking norcos for cramps. I need help

I took it about 30-45 minutes ago and they've gotten worse and I feel dizzy and my head feels heavy. the pain is right in the middle and my whole pelvis feels heavy what should I do? I'm taking it for the pains. Forgot to mention yes prescribed for the cramps.
