FMLA and ttc
I got hired this year on a one year contract with hopes that I can replace a retiring teacher next year. My husband and I are ttc but I'm wondering what happens with that if I am due in May (about 3 weeks before school is out)? My school policy is that you don't qualify for FMLA until you've been employed by the district for one year or 12 consecutive months. I subbed in the district for about 6 months 6 years ago.
