What to do to produce Milk?

I'm breastfeeding my 15 days old son.I  pump as well but nothing is coming out.I am kind of depress already of not getting lots of milk can somebody share what you guys did?Ftm here.

It could be the pump, some women just don't respond well to pumps. You might have lots of milk, but just can't be expressed by pump. You may be able to hand express more.
