Back pain
I'm 24 weeks, and somedays my back KILLS me. I have to get on my knees and lay on my bed to get relief, but I can't do that all the time. What are some other things that will help without having to take Tylenol everyday? I didn't have this pain with my first until 34-36 weeks.
