6 weeks and cluster feeding how to keep up?

Hi mamas I know LO is going through some growth spurt again at 6 weeks. My question is how can I keep up? I'm EBF and it seems like I can't keep up bec he would feed every hour or less (often spits up too so nothing stays in to keep him full).  So if I try to feed him again it seems like he is not getting anything n he will cry.

Hmm, was he on a 2-3 hour rotation before this??  How long is he feeding?  It may be cluster feeding, but it sounds like he is snacking i.e. - calling mommy over for a little bit of milk vs eating a full belly-filling meal that will satisfy him for a little while.  I would try to get him to eat a full meal (hard to define what this is but I try to keep my 3 week old sucking for 30 minutes) and see if afterwards he will nap.  If he is feeding that often he likely isn't sleeping as much as he needs as well!
