A couple of months ago, my OBYGN put me on Skyla so that I could still use birth control while not having to worry about taking the pill every day. I was originally put on bc because my periods were very irregular and I would have huge clots, causing me to lose a lot of blood while on my period. About a month ago, my boyfriend and I started having sex after being together for ten months, and it was about 3-4 months of being on an iud. we've tried to be very careful with protection and such, but we've gone without protection a couple of times. I was supposed to start my period 4 days ago, and this morning throughout today I have been nauseous and have been in and out of the bathroom. My anxiety is getting the best of me and i'm so worried that i am pregnant. i just moved into my own place away from my parents and am living paycheck to paycheck. i can't afford to bring a baby into the world, i can barely pay my bills and i don't have a stable job. after reading online, i've seen that the only way to know for sure if i am pregnant is to get bloodwork done. i don't know if it is worth getting done? especially if it turns out to be nothing. i don't know, im really struggling right now, and i don't know what to do. i was hoping that someone on here would know what to do. sorry if i started rambling. thanks in advanced for suggestions/support.
