I'm 31 weeks and I had barely high blood pressure the last 2 doctor visits I had which I've had a ton going on so I wondered if it was just because I've been stressed lately we've had a lot of family issues fighting, death, etc. But my doctor had me take a pee and blood test to check for stuff related to preeclampsia and he told me to take 1 baby aspirin a day to help with it just in case but after I got my test results they were completely perfect and I don't want to take any extra medicine while pregnant that's just how I am so I emailed him asking if I still needed to and he wasn't in the office the day I did and a nurse just said to until my next appointment which as of today is 1 1/2 weeks away and I really don't want to put anything unnecessary in my body with this baby and I've read things saying to definitely not use it during pregnancy especially not the last 3 months so now I'm super worried because I don't want to take it and harm our little baby but I don't want to just not and something happen. I feel so confused and sad but I'm trying not to stress about it but it's just killing me wondering if I'm doing the right thing.

Does anyone have any experience with having to take baby aspirin while pregnant? Whether you've been told to before or you're just educated in medicines and pregnancy
