How did you use preseed to get your BFP??!

If you have used preseed how did you use it to concieve that same month? If not how many tries did it take before you got your bfp? I have been putting it on SO area and it didnt work for us i know theres the applicators we havent tried that yet though. Any other advice will be greatly appreciated thank you in advance!
