No one even knows about my registry..

Soo.. my MIL is throwing my shower. She made the invitations online, and emailed them out. Hardly anyone has RSVPd even if I know they're going. One of my friends said she bought my gift already, and I asked if it was off the registry because I didn't see anything reserved and she said she didn't even know there was a registry. Also there is supposed to be a diaper raffle that no one knows about too. The reason for this is that the link to my registry and the diaper raffle thing is in the description, not the actual picture of the invite. She's also mailing a few and didn't even mention anything about a registry on it.
