7 weeks ultrasound and just yolk sac!!!

Yesterday was my first ultrasound for my 2nd baby and shows yolk sac but no baby yet , the Doctor said I'm probably early . The ultrasound tech told me that I'm probably 5 weeks but according my LMP (07/04/16) I have 7 wks. He send a beta Hcg quantitative today and another in 48 hrs to see if the Hcg is getting up ( that means the pregnancy is ok) if is dropping , no baby is there.😢.

I'm worry , nervous and anxious to know the results. I'm praying to God the all mighty that everything is good and we don't see the baby yet because I'm early.

Somebody have a similar situation before?
