Need an opinion, please.

After a year of TTC I decided to go get some additional tests done to see if something Was wrong. I had the first round of blood tests done last week. First test was fine, but second hormone tests identified something. I'm either not releasing eggs or I'm pregnant. Nurse told me to take a test and call her back. I am a couples days late, but didn't want to get overly excited. So...it's been a few hours since I spoke to the nurse and I reluctantly took a test. Here's what appeared...is this an evap line?
