Confused 😭😩

So I just really need help I'm so confused. Been trying for a year and still no baby.. I used to be on depo but I haven't been on that for over 2 years but I don't know if that has something to do with us not being able to conceive. I thought for sure this month was our month we had sex while I was ovulating a couple times and then like a week or so later we had sex again and I started bleeding for not even an hour, I didn't even use a pad or tampon, he had just stopped in the middle of us doing stuff and goes I think you started your period and I thought that's weird that's super early and I didn't feel like my period was coming then I started getting all these pregnancy symptoms to the point where I tested and got a negative, then I waited until I actually missed my period and I tested last night because I had missed my period it was five days late, then this morning I'm laying in bed and I started light bleeding/spotting again, there more blood than last time but it's only when I wipe.. I'm just so confused with my body I feel like I'm never going to conceive I'm just heartbroken. I'm trying to stay positive because my friend said she got a negative test and bleed around the time of her period when she was pregnant but I just don't know...
